AGENTIC AI - I saw some headlines from the top honchos like Jensen Huang of NVIDIA and Microsoft whereby we heard that HR will manage manage Agents and Agentic AI will replace SaaS. I was keen to see someone practising it and chanced upon a conversation with Suresh Sundararajan whereby he explained how they have deployed Agents at scale for payable automation for a very large client (albeit a mix of Gen AI and a bit of good old Workflow tools). Intrigued I saw the demo and I was hooked and requested him for a Podcast and he readily agreed. Suresh is a rare case of a busniess leader who is a tech buff and knows a lot about what is the latest.
