About
Virender Aggarwal, known to most people as VA, started as a customer support engineer at Wipro in 1982. He went on to run Asia-Pacific and emerging-market businesses for Satyam and HCL Technologies from Singapore, and in 2012 became CEO of Ramco Systems, where he rebuilt an enterprise software company around cloud, mobile and chat.
After leaving Ramco in 2021 he founded ConvInt.ai. Since 2022 he has worked with founders and leadership teams as an advisor and board member, from 2023 through his own firm, TransformwithVA.

VA has argued for "Zero UI" since 2016: software that answers in conversation instead of asking people to navigate screens.

When an orchestration layer fetches the answer from CRM, ERP or anywhere else, screens and seat licences stop being the product.

This was recorded in beautiful Coorg and without any notice on a topic which is still not adressed as to who is responsible for the actions of an AI Agent. With Quantum breakthroughs soon will make all current day security irrelevant. Very interesting conversation with Kaushik Srinivasan, CFA who is leading the efforts of resolving such issues.

The announcement by Salesforce sets the trend. SaaS or any SW is now headless. Chat is the only UI - you don't need to open any screens and the information you seek comes from CRM/ERP or any other system is not your worry - orchestration and inference layer will take care of it.
